(Press Assn. — By Telegraph — Copyright) (Received October 11, 9.30 a.m.) LONDON, 'October 10. • Mr O'Brien, speaking at Dunmanway, said that Messrs Redmond and O'Connor, m America, at a moment's notice, declared for devolution, which they had been denouncing for seven years. They had thrown over the Gladstonian scheme of Home Rule for the sake of subscriptions from a few American millionaires and politicians. Mr Tim Healy said Messrs Redmond and O'Connor had dropped Home Rule for Ireland, and substituted home rule all Tound. Ireland . must wait till the freshly-hatched claims of Wales and Scotland were attended to. Mr John Ward, a Labor member, speaking at Cheadle, said the Osborne decision was the result of 'the spirit of intolerance -which had swept over trades unionism after the formation of the Labor party. Insistence on tho pledge at the Newcastle conference was a tremendous blurider. The reversal of the Osborne decision might take years. He advocated payment of members as a partial solution of the difficulty.
