The FulJ Court has ordered each side m the Varawa case to pay their own costs. The High Court has delivered judgment on a question raised m the boot trade dispute by boot, manufacturers, that the Commonwealth Arbitration Act was unconstitutional and beyond, the power of Parliament, m so far as it, purported to empower/ the Court to make a common rule. The Court unaniihously decided that the Act wan invalid 'on the grounds raised, and refused a common rnle.
