FOOTBALL.
SCINDE v. KArn-CITY,
Tho Scind© Football Club's team of' footballers arrived from Napier yesterday, and tiiis afternoon are engaged in playing j their annual match with the Kaiti-City Club. Tho weather is gloriously fine, and there is a largo attendance at the Victoria Domain. Owing to a couple of their players being unable to get away at tho last minute, the Scinde team were two men short, and two local players, Parker Turei and Pino, were drafted into their ranks to fill tho vacancies. F. Russell captained the visitors, whilst W. Hay took charge of the local team. The following are the teams :-— SCINDE (Black and White). H. Holder. J. Humphries F. McVay D. James H. Diamont, F.
