TRAFALGAR CENTENARY.
♦ (Received October 24, 8.24 a.m.) OTTAWA, October 23. Two hundred and fifty Canadian towns enthusiastically celebrated the Nelson centenary, regardless of race. Earl Grey, addressing 5000 children at Ottawa, insisted that Nelson- fought and died, not to triumph one race over another.
