MASSACRE IN CHINA.
Press Assn.— By Telegraph.— Copyrigliit. PEKIN, August 26. A brigade of mutinous Chinese troops seized the city of Luichanff, m. Kwangsi, and massacred most of the officials. They then retired to the lulls, compelling 4500 inhabitants to carry their loot.
