SEVASTOPOL DAMAGED.
STRIKES A MINE AT PORT ARTHUR. LONDON, August 24. ■ Admiral Katiuokai reports thai the Russian battleship Sevastopol, Avhich Avas leaving Port Arthur yesterday, struck a mine, and Avas towed back A\**tlh s list to starboard. She Avas bombarding the Japanese land positions from outside the harbor at the time.
