• : Electrio Telegraph Copyright- United Press Association CONSTANTINOPLE, Sept. 11. Sofia telegrams announce that insurgents annihilated two battalions of Albanian troops m the Perhne Mountains. Shops have been closed, and the streets deserted m Monastir, Christians fearing another massacre. Even Consuls are afraid to go abroad. Several Targe Bulgarian, bands, evading the Bulgarian and Turkish frontier guards, have entered Macedonia.
