(Received September 30, 9.15 a-m.) LONDON, September 29. The Imperial Tobacco* Company has purchased the American Tobacco Company's British interests, including Ogden's Limited. Both rivals have formed a British Company, with a capital of six millions, to. be called the British American Tobacco Company, for the purpose of amalgamation of such of their businesses, as is outside Great Britain and America:.
