Robert Harding Milward, a leading Birmingham solicitor, has been arrested and charged with large misappropriation of trust funds. BERLIN, September 29. Herren, Dochin, and Henninger, directors of the Rheinan Macheim Chemical Company of Germany have been arrested on a charge of having falsified the books to conceal gradual business losses, absorbing the entire capital of £125,000.
