Tremain's flour mill at Bathurst has been destroved by fire. The damage is £5000. PERTH. July 22. Their Rjjyal Highnesses landed- at Albany, and proceeded by special train to Perth, arriving early this morning. The Britannic reached Albany at the same time as the Ophir, and the Royal party joined in the welcome to the returned fcoldiers brought by her. ADELAIDE. July 21. Owing to tlie heavy weather, the Ophir and Royal Arthur, which sailed for Fremantle, had to return.
