The Daily Mail states that two Boers who surrendered were court-martialled and shot at Pretoria for attempting to rejoin commandos after taking the oath of neutrality. Lord Kitchener reports that Van Rensburg and his commando surrendered at Pietersburg. One hundred brought m their arms, and others are following.
