Shanghai, Sept. 30. Kangyuwe'B brother and five others have heen executed for conspiracy against the Dowager Empress. The British Commissioners have been inaulted at Kaulung. On the hinterland opposite Hong Kong the Chinese compelled the officials to kow-tow or prostrate themselves to the Union Jack.
