SYDNEY, Oct. 28.
Immediately the Legislative Assembly met to-day Mr Lync, who came in hot from an Opposition caucus, gave notice to move on Tuesday next that the action of the Government with reference to the Lucknow strike amounts to a mal-administration of justice. The Premier accepted the motion as one of want of confidence, and immediately adjourned the House. The Opposition hope to capture the Labor party, who intended to move in the matter. The motion has reference to the recent minutes of the Minister of Mines regarding the suspension of the working conditions of the mine. It is claimed that the Minister attempted to prejudice the Warden for party purposes.
