The Advances to Settlers Act-

In connection with the Advances to Settiers Act, it has been decided that, under the terms of an occupation license, ft mortgage cannot be registered by the registrar, and therefore such a security cannot be recognised by the superintendent of the Advances to Settlers office. \ ;
