Libel Action Against the Age.
Melboukjse, June 4.
Mr Alison -Smith, late Locomotive Superintendent of Victoria, has begun an action against the Age, claiming damages for libel alleged to be contaiued in a series of articles dealing with the railways of the colony. June s.— Mr Alison Smith is conducting his own case agaiust the Age.
