MINISTER OF MINES AND JUSTICE. [Parllamentaky Reporter.] Wellington, to-day. An announcement respecting Mr Cadman will be made in the H«use this afternoon on the lines indicated in my previous message. He rejoins the Cabinet at once as Minister ot Mines and Minister of Justice, and when a re-arrangement of portfolios takes place directly the session closes, he will also take that of Works.
