Mr Seddon Exonerated.

(Parliamentary Retoutei;. Wellington, to-day. The report of the Public Accounts Committee re the alteration to last year's Public Works Statement is to be presented to the House this afternoon. It exonerates Mr Seddon from blame. The Committee are of opinion that in altering of the Ministerial statement which had been laid before Parliament, and without even informing the Minister of what he had done, the UnderSecrptory, Mr "Blow, committed a grave indiscretion. They consider that no alteration of any Parliamentary paper, after it has been laid on the table of the House, should bo made without the sanction of the House.
