(From Our Own Correspondent.) Wellington, Saturday. The Stock Committee this morning considered the Stock Bill, and debated the clauses relating to foot-rot. Some 14 clauses were passed. The Stock Committee has extended the time for dipping in the Stock Bill from January Ist to April 30. The provision prohibiting Inspectors from owning stock haa been struck out, but that prohibiting them from being dealers in stock is retained.
