• London, June 4. In tho first innings of the Oxford University, McLeod took four wickets for 39, Giffen three for 65, Turner two for 31. In the second innings the Australians were all out for 182, the leading scores being : Trott 39, McLeod (nob out) 31. Wilson took four wicket 3 for 50 runs, Wood three for 53, Bathurst two for 36. Oxford have lost four wickets in the second innings for 76. They now require 99 runs to win. In the »econd innings the Oxford University scored only 155, thus losing the match by 20 runs. Arkwright wus the chief scorer with 30. George Giffen took eight Wickets for 98, and Turner one for 20.
