London, Sept. 25. The crew of the ship Bayard mutinied at Queenßtown because they were required to go to Hamburg. Outsiders were obtained in their place, the mutineers paying portion of their wages to be released from their engagement. The captain of a Hamburg steamer was seized with cholera at Hall. St. Petersburg, Sept. 25. Cholera has appeared at Jast in the Baltic provinces. New York, Sept. 24. President Harrison has issued instructions that second class passengers arriving from cholera infected uorts are to to be refused permission to land in the United States, unless they are American citizens or former residents. Much confusion is likely to result from this order, because the steamers bound from Liverpool for New York which had departed prior to its issue, stopped at Queenstown, and landed all those who came within the edict. Another death from cholera is recorded here. Washington, Seft. 25. Second class passengers are excluded from Boston only under the President's order, the other ports are still open to them. Berlin, Sept. 24. The Emperor has sent an autograph' letter to the authorities in Hamburg expressing sympathy with the cholera sufferers and enclosing a cheque for 10,000 marks (L 500). The deaths in Hamburg to-day numbered 144. Amsterdam, Sept. 24. Cholera is spreading throughout Holland. Bucharest, Sept. 24. The cholera is increasing in Bessarabia, and it is feared will spread into Roumania.
