[Per Press Association.] INVERCARGILL, To-day. The Industry has started several rivets, and will be taken to Lyfctelton to bo docked. NELSON, To-day. _ A letter received by the City Council shows that a new treatment for consumption has been introduced by Mr H. Clapham, whp_.haa offered to treat patients " nominated by the Council free of cost to prove its effioncy. Some of the Councillors testified to Mr Clapham's success and his offer was favorably received.
