The damage is estimated at L 25.000. The Loader estimates that the total yield for the season will bo as follows : Oats, 4,500,000 bushels, being an average of 22 bushels to the acre ; malting barley, 5)0,000, an average of 16 bushels to the acre ; other sorts of barley, 4,000,000 bushels, an average of 20 bushels. The hay cvop is estimated to yield 720,000 tons an average of l'sO tons to the acre.
