NOTICE is hereby given that this Board will on TUESDAY, 31st December, 18S9, proceed by Special order to constitute the part of Mangapapa Block, on north side of Main Road, a Special District for the purposes of the Local Bodies Loans Act, ISSO. The sum to be borrowed is £400. The works to be undertake are the construction of three Bridges, or Brick Culverts, and Formation, Drainage, and Metalling of the whole of the streets in Mangapapa Block, north of Wain rood, and completion of metalling Hap tv road as far as the Mangapapa Creek. The amount required to meet the annual charge in ''20. It is ytropoaed to charge the cost of raising the Loan and the first year's interest against the Loan moneys.
