Wellington, to-day,
In ths Supreme Court in Banco yesterday, before Judges Prendergast and Richmond, the appeal case McKenzie v. Gisborne Harbor Board was on the application of Mr Brown for respondent dismissed. Costs L 5 os. No appearance for appellart.
The case of Dodgshun v. Adair, which was nn i.(>]a>>--1 from ttie Resident Magistrate at Gisborne, was heard. Mr Brown appeared for the appellant and Mr Edwards for the respondent. Tlie appeal was allowed with costs L 7 7s.
