MR PARNELL'S MOTHER.
IN DESTITUTE CIRCUMSTANCES. [special to press association.] London, Nov. 17. Mrs Parnell, mother of the Home Rule leader, is said to be in a most destitute state, and her property has been seized. She asserts that she has not appealed to Mr Parnell for aid, as he is unable to assist her.
