BIG FIRE IN MELBOURNE.

Melbourne, Sept. 13. A disastrous fire broke out at (5.30 this evening in the principal part of Collins street, one of the nviin thoroughfares of the city. At the latest advices it was still burning. George's four-storied drapery establishment and Glen's musicseller's shop are completely destroyed. Allen's music shop and Mullin's,. the principal bookseller in Melbourne, are also expected to be a total loss.
