BRITISH MINISTER WITHDRAWN. London, Feb. 20. The British Minister of Venezuela has been withdrawn from town to the fleet, and has demanded payment of an indemnity of £6,000 from the Venezuela Government for their resistance to British occupation of tho territory to the eastward of the Carorri River.
