* . (Per Press Association). WELLINGTON, this day. The Wellington Trust and Loan Company have declared a dividend of 8 per cent. At the Supreme Court W. H. Monckton was found guilty of making a false declaration under the Marriage Act ; sentence was deferred. Alice Lynch (who cohabited with Monckton) pleaded guilty to the same offence, and will be brought up to-day for sentence. BLENHEIM, this day. Thomas Flyn was convicted of perjury, with a recommendation to mercy. Sentence was deferred, pending the decision of the Appeal Court on the point reserved. 1 ' - f
