[krom our own correspondent] Wellington, this day. The Council has now resorted to rather underhand means of getting rid of a Councillor. Mr Maginnity, one of the Councillors, dißguaied with the state of the ! Borough affairs, sent in his resignation, but afterwards sent a letter of withdrawal. On this, a hurried meeting of the Council was called to consider the resignation, notice of which was not sent to Maginniiy.
