VIENNA, September 13. The Communist agitation at Croatia is increasing daily, A serious disturbance took place to-day at Jakobovita, when the troops firod upon the rioters, and killed lifteen, besides wounding many others. HONG KONG, September 14. News has been received that hostilities have been resumed between the French troops and the Annamite force, known as the "Black Flags." Accounts to hand state that fighting, lasting for fully eight j hours, recently took place at Phouka. The engagement was a very severe one, .•ind resulted in the loss of 52 to the French. The " Black Flags " are reported to have lost fully 500 men. The latest intelligence from Canton states that the Europeans in that city aro very uneasy in consequence- of the violent language of the anti-Foreign placards which hare bean extensively posted there.
