This Day. An important Friendly Society's case decided at the R. M. Court yesterday. A man, namod Harris, having had his linger amputated, was, after some time declared off the fund* by the Foresters Court " Robin Hood," and he sued for a continuance of sick pay, alleging that he could not follow his occupation of engineer. The defence was that the plaintiff had been engaged in the occupation of dealer and agent, and was able fo follow those or any similar li^ht employments. The Magistrate held the defence good, and gavejjudgniunt against the plaintiff with coat*.
