All entries (except the Tradesman's Handicap, Hurdle Uace Handicap, Turanga Stakes Handicap, Publicans Purse, and County Stakes Handicaps (which are to be sent in at time, and as above specified addressed as below, must be in writing and forwarded to the Secretary at the Masonic Hotel not later than 9 p.m., on the 14th February, 1882 and enclosing fee of 10 per cent on value of stakes together with qualification. All entries to inclnde names, description and age of horses, and colors of riders. Jockeys to ride in colors as described in ent.r^, otherwise subject to a penalty of one pound, The winner of any match run on the course to pay 20s towards Club funds.
