Mr. S. C. Caulton offered a Special Prize of £1 for the best Hack by Dainty Ariel, bred in the district ; also a Prize of £1 for the best 3-year old by Tregeagle 11. Dainty Ariel. — D. Fraser's dk bay filly, Ist prize ; J. W. Johnson's Disraeli. Tregeagle. — Bousfield's Poppy, Ist prize ; C. W. Ferris's blk gelding. £5 ss. was oflered by Mr G. L. Sunderland, to be .given to the winner of most prizes in Horses, Cattle, and Sheep. To score by points, 2 point allowed for Ist prize, and 1 point for 2nd prize. Won by G. L. Sunderland. Messrs J. and G. L. Sunderland offered a Special Prize of £4 for the best Mare in foal, or with foal at foot, to "Dugdale," and 2nd Prize, £2. The donators did not compete. Dugdale Prize. — Poynter's Fallow, Ist prize ; A. C. Arthur's Maggie.
