LONDON. ! October 15. j The Combined Squadron will re- ; main at Cattaro until the surrender of Dulcigno. No active steps have been yet taken by the Porte to effect the cession ; but early action is looked for. The Albanians will resist the surrender to the last extremity. The leading English and Continental papers deprecate pressing the Porte respecting the Grecian frontier question, and recommend the recent proposal of the Porte on the subject should be acceptec, giving Greece the territory South of Larissa and Janiner ; but not those towns included. : October 17. All those persons who were arrested \ as being concerned in the murder of s of Viscount Mount-Morris, have been released. The evidence not being sufficient to convict them. CONSTANTINOPLE.
