♦ (from our own correspondent.) MELBOURNE. Tuesday. It lias transpired that Reilly has a grudge against Hearn, the magistrate, and that is supposed to be the cause of bailing up. It is believed that Reilly is insane. The Victorian Government is cooperating with New South Wales for the adoption of preventative measures against Chinese immigration.
