AUSTRALIAN CABLE NEWS
(from otjr own correspondent.) MELBOURNE. Monday. A magistrate, named Hearu, with his family, returning- from Church at Harrow yesterday, was bailed up by a gang of bushrangers, under the leadership of a man, named Really, and incarcerated in a hut. One of them got away, and gave the alarm. The police surrounded the hut, and after waiting four hours arrested the gang without firing a shot.
Ned Kelly is again remanded,
