No entries shall be received except upon this condition — that all disputes, claims and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards, or those whom they they may appoint, and their decision shall be final. Any person entering a protest shall deposit the sum of £5 with the Stewards, and suoh protest proving frivolous, the amount shall be forfeited to the Racing funds. Three Horses to start for each Race, or only half the added money will be given. Any Jockey riding except in the colors entered, will be fined £1.
