Section 80— Front portion flat ; stream forming fence ; partially grassed ; back portion rather broken, fern and ttitn ; soil very good. Section 82— Front portion fiat, suitable for fenoing ; utreara forms a good fence ; baok portion broken, but well-fitted for pastoral purposes ; soil very good. Section 82— Frontage flat, slightly grassed, low fern ; the greater portion, however, is of a broken nature ; fern and tutu ; soil good. Section 87 and 126-^Frontage flat, slightly grassed ; low-fern ; tho greater portion is of a broken nature. Section 88— Similar to 87 and 126 with a quantity of bush. Section 90— Flat along road frontage, but not to any great extent j partially .grassed i back portion broken ; soil good } the road frontage to this section is very flat and will scarcely require any making. Section 93 and 127 A portion of the flat towards river frontage, at present carrying cattle a.nd sheep ; remainder broken ; fern and tutu and scrub ; soil good. Payments-Twenty equal instalments, payable one each on Ist January and lat July of each year for 10 years. Improvement— Selector must bring into cultivation not less than onetwentieth of area the first year, onetenth the second year, and within six years must have cultivated one-fifth, and effected pemanent improvements to the value of £1 for every acre. The selector has the option, at any time after the first three years, of discharging all his obligations by paying up the balance of the purchase money in one payment, provided he has effected the improvements. Residence on the land by the selector is compulsory for a period of six years from the issue of license.
