Mr. Hall moved that the debate on the second reading of the Electoral Bill be postponed until to-day, when he he would state what course the Government would take with respect to the want of confidence motion. The motion waa agreed to. Being private members' day, the rest of the business was unimportant. It is still uncertain whether the Ministry will give m, or whether they will ask for a dissolution.
