LONDON. October 21. The Times publishes a telegram from Sitnila, stating that Russian troops m Turkestan are being severally repulsed, and retired to Caspia. The P. and O. steamer Australia, with the Southainpson mails broke down. The Pekin replaces her with the least possible delay.
