This Day. The Election fbr the seat vacated by Mr. Stout took place yesterday. There was very little excitement. Mr. Stewart was elected. The votes were : — Stewarb 726 Reeves ... ... ... 563 Graut 51 There were three tidal waves m the Molyneux yesterday morning. The river rose and fell two feet each time.
