This Day. Inspector Scully received last evening a telegram from Colonel Reader, at Wellington, stating that Colonel Whitmore hud directed him to say tnat any men still physically strung and active, who had served under Colonel Whitmore m the wav, might be sent to Wellington, at once, for enrolment m the tield force ; aiso auy strong young men, not tup big or heavy, who might wish to join Uoionel Whitinore. However, he wants more particularly the former. An advertisement appears m this morning s Herald, sigueu by Inspector •Suully, inviting men to join.
