DISOBEDIENCE OF ORDERS. John Walters, for disobeying the lawful commands of the master of the Advance, schooner, was sentenced to 24 hours? imprisonment. civil cases. Turirangi and Tiaki v. Peter Jacobs. —Claim, £13 18s. Judgment for £5 4s, and 23a costs. W. L. Campbell v. S. M. Wilson.— Claim, £18 16s. Adjourned till the 4th inst. William Oulton v. J. Nash. —Claim £13 4s. Judgment for plaintiff by default.
