NAPIER.
. This Day. John Whelan has been committed for trial for setting fire to a house at Taradale on February 24th.
A criminal information has been laid against George Prior Donnelly and Joseph Price, for combining and conspiring to defraud Renata Kawepo of the weli-known race-horses Otupai and Tawera. The case will be heard at the R.M. Court this morning.
