SYDNEY.
This Day. In the Assembly last night, the Standing Orders were suspended, when the Kelly gang Outlawry Bill was passed in all its stages. The Bill gives power of outlawry for crimes committed across the Border. In consequence 'of the Bank refusing further advances, the Sydney Corporation have no funds to pay lnborers and have applied for an instant loan.
