PORT CHALMERS.

February 18. Arrived, ship from Glasgow, with 381 immigrants, and 1,200 tonß of cargo, after a passage of 79 days. The health is good, there being only three deaths of infants, not from infectious diseases, and no births. The passage was fine altogether. The ship was only under topsails once, when off the Snares, and then owing to ho observations having been taken. On the 12th of January, in latitude 40 S., passed an immense number of whales. Sailed, Waipa, ship, for London, with 17 passengers, and a cargo valued at £89,000.
