London, February 8. Three per Cent. Consols 90 7-8. The Marquis of Hartington, leader of the Opposition, m a speech at Liverpool, said the verdict on the foreign policy of the Government would be a question for the next general election. A skirmish took place on January 12th between the British troops and Zulus. The British loss was trifling. The Znlus are retreating to the interior.
