WAVERLEY

PLUNKET SOCIETY. WAVEKLEY BRANCH. On Tuesday, March 24, the monthly meeting of the above society Avas held in the Plunket room, the following being present: Mcsdames Mulholland (presiding), Currie, J. J. Johnston, Boyne, F. Cunningham, and Miss Clieyue. The minutes of the previous meeting Averc read and adopted and correspondence dealt with. The nurse’s report Avas read as follows: Babies on books, 95, older children- 58, total 153; new cases, mothers 2, babies 2; visits to homes, 6 old, 1 new; visits to rooms, 8 days, adudits to rooms 83, babies to rooms 77, older children 20. Apologies for non-atteiuiun.ee were received from Mesdames H. Heginbotham, D. Lupton, E. Wall. Arrangements avctc made for the annual meeting, which takes place during April.
