WOMEN’S INSTITUTE

MONTHLY MEETING. The usual monthly meeting of the Women’s Institute was held in the Rest Room on Thursday afternoon. Although the attendance was not large a fair amount of business was done. ,A very interesting demonstration of pnpennache was given and proved most instructive. A very amusing competition was won by Mrs. Southcombe, after which afternoon tea wtts dispensed by those in charge, bringing to a close a pleasant gathering.
