Acceptances and General Entries close on Thursday, 4th March, ISB6, at 8 p.m. RUFFS. 1. No entry shall ho received for any race except on these conditions; “ That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or those whom they rnuy appoint.” Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of the programme shall be dual. 2. All entries to ho sealed a tub addressed to tbe Hon. See., Waverley, entrance money enclosed, with the name, age at lime of entry, pedigree, and, in ease of Handicaps, the performances of the horse, name of the owner and colours of the rider. 3. Any jockey riding except in the colours entered will he fined 2 sovs. 4. When two or more horses start, the property of the same owner, a distinguishing colour must bo worn.
